About the Position

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to client success while building a strong foundation in marketing operations. Reporting to the Junior Traffic Manager (Operations), you’ll play a key role within our agency’s workflow—coordinating projects and helping deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal and external teams for project-based tasks to ensure project alignment and execution
• Provide administrative and operational support for project-related activities.

Digital Marketing Support

• Apply data-driven social media strategies and content calendars for select clients (primarily on LinkedIn).
• Support execution of tasks across SEO, PPC, email, and paid social by coordinating deliverables with senior team members
• Coordinate and create newsletters, blogs, and content updates.
• Manage content updates on WordPress and Shopify websites.
• Assist with blog creation, translations, and content proofing.
• Track results, monitor competitors, and contribute to marketing performance dashboards.

Creative & Content

• Perform light website and marketing material updates.
• Help prepare presentations and marketing collateral.

What You Bring

• Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Team player with initiative, professionalism, and resourcefulness.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and aesthetics.
• Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS tools is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a plus.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
