THE ROLE

The Social Media Specialist supports and executes the company’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Responsibilities include analyzing social media data, creating engaging content, and providing insights to boost our social media presence and brand visibility among consumers and partners.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and reporting social media analytics, including KPIs and website traffic (Google Analytics).
• Conducting social listening and competitive analysis, reporting findings to stakeholders in French and English.
• Maintaining a social media calendar and scheduling content using Sprinklr.
• Creating and repurposing content for various platforms, aligning tone and style.
• Managing influencer partnerships and producing multimedia content.
• Engaging with communities, managing giveaways, and supporting campaigns.
• Assisting with national marketing campaigns and asset development.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social media marketing with proven success.
• Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube), monitoring tools (Sprinklr), and analytics (Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in French and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
