About The Role

Are you a master negotiator with a talent for sourcing exceptional venues? Join our dynamic team as a Sourcing Manager and be the key behind memorable meetings! You’ll work closely with clients to refine budgets and secure top-tier venues. If you’re ready to advance your career and make a tangible impact, we want to meet you!

You’re Good At

  • Negotiating contracts for pharmaceutical meetings to secure the best prices and ensure compliance.
  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies with preferred vendors.
  • Conducting site inspections and evaluating venues to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating effectively with Meeting Managers and Operations Leadership.
  • Maintaining meticulous organization across multiple sourcing projects.

You Might Also Have

  • Fluency in French and English, essential for this role.
  • Experience with Cvent or similar platforms to streamline sourcing.
  • Ability to create engaging venue presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

You Should Know

  • This is a virtual role operating on Eastern Standard Time.
  • For candidates in Montreal (Kirkland, QC), onsite presence at the client’s office at least 2 days per week is expected.

Our Leadership and Compensation

Our leaders lead with positivity and trust. Compensation for this role in Canada ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, based on experience and location.
