  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition alongside the product and multidisciplinary agile team.
  • Present work to a variety of audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
  • Partner with product managers, product owners, engineers, researchers, and copywriters to produce quality, delightful interfaces: delivering the end-to-end solution from conception until launch, and iteration.
  • Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands, while advocating for improvements alongside the design community.
  • Generate final assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications.
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers and the product team, in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

What you bring to the table:

  • Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements.

  • Ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently, with ambiguous scope.
  • Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices, with visual design experience. You appreciate and understand how typography, color, and layout can impact product function.
  • Mastery of design tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Illustrator, etc.). Experience with UX research tools an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).
  • Experience in producing process flows, content inventories, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface design files.
  • You love working in a collaborative environment that has a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, open minds, and having fun. You’re a team player that can share and receive constructive feedback.
  • Creative, analytical, curious, and ingenious. Deeply passionate about design and quality.
