Position Summary

As Senior Game Producer, you'll define and manage game projects from conception to release. You will write game specifications, oversee development, and ensure the games meet quality standards in gameplay, audio, math, and orchestration. You will lead cross-functional teams to create engaging, fun, and high-quality games, representing the players' voice throughout development. Your role includes guiding the team to realize the creative vision, coordinating with other departments, understanding regulatory requirements, monitoring market trends, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience in game design and development, preferably online.
• Proven leadership in building and managing teams and projects.
• Track record of delivering projects on time.
• Experience in developing original entertainment software from start to finish.
• Knowledge of art, animation, sound design, math, engineering, and QA within the online gaming industry.

Preferred Experience:

• Interest in casino slot machines.
• Knowledge of current gaming trends across mobile, social, console, and PC.
• Understanding of US online casino regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with online and land-based slot features.
• Experience in mathematical and puzzle game development.

Additional Information
