Position Overview

To strengthen its North American presence, CMI is hiring a local IT Head of Flow Products Domain in Montreal, responsible for establishing a resilient setup aligned with global sourcing strategies and GMD's new objectives. This role reports to the Head of CMI Montreal and is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead local resources for the Flow Product Domain, balancing sourcing, business needs, and skills.
• Develop leadership structure to develop the domain and meet sourcing ambitions.
• Build and adjust sourcing capacity considering constraints.
• Oversee onboarding of contractors with Procurement.
• Develop talent and foster an environment of trust, transparency, and innovation.

Focus on Delivery and Business Value

• Promote agility, product ownership, and close collaboration with the business.
• Encourage continuous improvement and best practices sharing.

Service Quality and Incident Management

• Ensure high-quality production services and proactive incident follow-up.
• Maintain transparent reporting to HQ and local management.
• Manage technical debt, obsolescence, and vulnerabilities proactively.

Business Partnership

• Be a trusted partner on business initiatives and IT strategy.
• Ensure project and operational compliance with standards.
• Provide status updates, risk warnings, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage local budget and establish governance with the business.
