E-commerce Coordinator

12-Month contract

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing daily ecommerce activities for PENN., as well as supporting marketing and evolution projects that aim to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate ecommerce and digital marketing activities such as promotions, brand campaigns, and website enhancements.
• Contribute to and coordinate the ecommerce calendar.
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Integrate and update content across the ecommerce platform, including banners, landing pages, and promotional modules.
• Create and maintain content and marketing pages (e.g., campaign pages, category pages) within the ecommerce CMS platform, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and user experience optimization.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of media ad creatives with internal teams.
• Monitor site performance using analytics tools and coordinate A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Interest in ecommerce and/or fashion retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in ecommerce or marketing.
• Good understanding of ecommerce best practices (an asset).
• Analytical skills; comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and interpreting performance data.
• Bilingual proficiency.
