Une journée typique

As a Client Director within the Sales team, you will manage your client portfolio and develop new business opportunities through client presentations, prospecting calls, proposals, and other activities. Your creativity and efficiency in meeting client needs promptly will be essential.

Maintaining and building relationships with clients will be central to your role. You will collaborate with a client manager to provide quality service, highlight our value-added offerings, and keep client records up to date.

You will also handle insurer requests, identify market opportunities, and explore new avenues for growth.

Building strong relationships with internal and external partners is vital. Participating in events and professional gatherings will help expand your network and stay informed about market trends and opportunities.

Notre candidat idéal

We are eager to meet candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

• At least five years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance and business development skills;
• An insurance license issued by the AMF;
• Fluent in English, as this role involves regular communication with international clients and partners, and only the designated contact can communicate with them;
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Additional qualifications that are a plus but not mandatory include:

• PAA, FPAA, and/or CRM diploma;
• University or college degree;
• Proficiency in EPIC software;
• Licenses in other Canadian provinces;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
