We're looking for our first Lifecycle Marketing Manager to architect and execute marketing programs across the customer journey. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and monetization, leveraging product data at every step.
This is a high-ownership role for someone excited to experiment, move quickly, and make a visible impact across the business.
Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Management : Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns—including email, in-product messaging, and triggered communications—to support user activation, feature adoption, retention, and account expansion.
- Product Data Integration : Translate behavioural and product usage data (e.g., from Mixpanel) into targeted marketing actions using automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Workflow Automation : Build and refine trigger-based workflows to address key lifecycle stages, ensuring timely and relevant communications that influence user behaviour and business outcomes.
- User Engagement & Education : Identify key inflection points in the user journey and implement personalized campaigns that drive awareness, feature utilization, and upsell opportunities
- Performance Measurement : Own and analyze key lifecycle metrics like conversion, retention, and monetization. Regularly report on results and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Strategic Experimentation : Systematically test messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel strategies. Implement learnings quickly to accelerate improvements in lifecycle marketing performance
