Kativik Ilisarniliriniq (KI) is a school board offering educational services in the 14 communities of Nunavik.
FUNCTION & DUTIES :
Under the authority of the Coordinator of the Adult Education and Vocation Training department, the Administrative Technician is responsible for performing various administrative operations. As a part of their duties, the employee will assist professionals and senior staff.
- Makes accurate accounting entries.
- Processes financial requests.
- Monitors transactions made by others, detecting and correcting errors.
- Assists Project development agents with their files, resolving issues with files / claims.
- Follows up on files with KRG.
- Prepares agenda, attends meetings and prepares draft minutes as required.
- Updates files in Cloud (SharePoint) ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Maintains agreement / contract / budget transfer / claims files.
- Updates FMPro
- Ensure completion of files with all associated backups.
- Resolves and follows up with Finance regarding invoicing and claims issues.

WORK SCHEDULE :
35 hours per week from Monday to Friday - Partial telework is possible.
CLASSIFICATION / SALARY / BENEFITS :
In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff, this position belongs to job category 4211 : from $ to $ an hour depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task. In addition to salary, you may be eligible to benefits such as :
