Your role :

  • Assist advisors with administrative tasks related to managing clients' accounts.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, prepare client meetings, and serve as a resource for product, procedure, and policy questions.
  • Maintain and update client files.
  • Coordinate between operational departments to perform required activities effectively.
  • Support business development and financial transactions through administrative tasks.
  • Prepare documents such as tables, memos, and correspondence.
  • Stay informed about operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.

Prerequisites :

  • Completed college diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Studies in office administration are an asset.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Business Practices Handbook Course.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and discipline.
