Position Summary

What you'll do

• Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist customers by promoting products / services, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate.
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing, and pricing merchandise.
• Handle claims and returns properly, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment according to company policies.
• Receive and stock merchandise, use equipment properly, complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stock merchandise / picks, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps.
