Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the Lachine office. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and market research. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach : Conduct cold calls and actively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends, identify potential customers, and evaluate competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales manager to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client needs.
