A career as a Senior SEM Specialist (Search Engine Marketing) on the Digital Acquisition team at National Bank involves being part of a team passionate about data-driven results. Our goal is to optimize digital acquisition by enhancing the entire conversion funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal resource for all search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives.
  • Supervise and optimize SEM activities with partner agencies to align with company objectives.
  • Enhance acquisition performance by integrating SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Provide strategic support to management on digital performance and positioning.
  • Stay updated on digital platform best practices and trends.
  • Innovate by testing, analyzing trends, and extracting insights to improve methods.

Team and Work Environment

You will be part of a team of 9 in the Digital sector, reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital Acquisition. Our team values data-driven decision-making, strategic input, and collaboration. We offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work and adaptable schedules.

Prerequisites

  • 5 to 7 years of SEM project management experience.
  • Proven ability to optimize search engine campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining and summarizing information.
  • Excellent analytical skills for prioritizing and optimizing actions.
  • Languages

    Fluency in French is required for frequent communication with service providers and partners speaking other languages.
