Position Summary :
We are seeking a Power Automate Integrator to support the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft-based solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and core Microsoft development tools. This role requires a collaborative mindset, a commitment to secure and scalable development practices, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, integrate, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Build and support applications using Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Integrate and develop custom components using Microsoft development frameworks such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .NET, and Azure Functions.
Integrate Microsoft solutions with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs) using REST, Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps.
Implement and maintain secure access controls, roles, and permissions across Microsoft environments.
Collaborate with business units and project teams to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft applications and integrations.
Maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and development processes.
Provide training and support to end users and internal teams on Microsoft tools and custom applications.
Participate in migration and modernization projects involving legacy systems and cloud-based Microsoft technologies.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft development roles, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized enterprise.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 development.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and integration with Microsoft Graph API.
Familiarity with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and Active Directory.
Strong understanding of Microsoft security and governance models.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken proficiency in both languages is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
Microsoft 365 Certified : Developer Associate (MS-600)
Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
