Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and certified IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of ZIG Superwallet across public transportation, tolling, and venue access projects. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and strong leadership across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .This role requires a strong technology background with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and drive execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and milestones.
• Proactively manage scope, schedule, and budget changes using appropriate verification techniques.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and disaster recovery strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including status reports, stakeholder presentations, and change logs.
• Use collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Jira to manage documentation and workflows.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including release and deployment management.
