Purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the E-commerce Manager, the incumbent will assist the e-commerce team by contributing to daily merchandising tasks essential for the efficient operation and visibility of the website.

Keys Responsibilities

Assist with all e-commerce merchandising activities;

Perform follow-ups in the project management system;

Conduct testing and quality control, identifying resulting issues;

Support the upload of products and maintain the product catalog;

Assist with product enrichment, image uploads, and color sample management;

Provide support for product sorting requests on the website;

Help create and schedule promotions;

Contribute to creating a positive site search experience;

Participate in optimizing the online shopping experience;

Support the organization and execution of various projects;

Anticipate team needs and provide proactive support;

Regularly conduct effective competitive monitoring;

Ensure clear communication and collaboration with various departments and teams;

Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in marketing, commerce, management, or equivalent;

1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce role (an asset);

Experience in retail and / or fashion (an asset);

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English).
