Professional Services Manager - Business Services

We are seeking a Professional Services Manager to oversee business services operations. The role involves directing organizational or departmental activities, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of a service-providing organization or department
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations
  • Hire staff and facilitate training
  • Utilize MS Office and Google Drive for daily tasks
  • Coach and develop team members

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Work Environment

    Hybrid work arrangement in Montréal, QC. The position is full-time, permanent, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, bonuses, and wellness programs.

    Additional Information

  • Language requirements : French
  • Supervision of 11-20 staff members
  • Salary : $85,000 annually, guaranteed minimum wage
