Job Description

Brume is looking for a passionate, meticulous, and versatile Designer / Fit Technician to join its team. This key role encompasses the entire product development process from creative research to final prototypes. It also includes managing technical files, tracking measurements and patterns, and liaising with our manufacturers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct trend, fabric, accessory, and inspiration research aligned with the brand’s DNA.
  • Create sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, and other development documents, ensuring consistency between the creative vision and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure precise tracking of measurements, fit adjustments, and fittings.
  • Oversee the prototyping and sampling stages, and collaborate closely with workshops and manufacturers to ensure quality, compliance, and deadlines are met.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and production teams as needed throughout the project cycle.

Profile Sought

  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, including product development and technical management of garments and accessories.
  • Strong skills in fit, pattern making, grading, and garment construction.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and a constant focus on quality.
  • Creativity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
