Description

The position will work closely with the Sales and Sales Support Team to support new and established client accounts. The role involves specifying, floorplan development, and visual output of furniture and systems design and application.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Systems & ancillary furniture design and application, creating efficient workspaces in different settings using design software
  • Evaluation of client requirements, providing expertise in application through needs assessment
  • Application of product trends and building codes
  • Creation of floorplans by populating furniture products
  • Product specification and bill of materials preparation
  • Creation of renders and other visual outputs
  • Effective documentation of project communication and details
  • Site verification, base building measurements, customer inventories, and drawing verification
  • Specification reviews on team members work for accuracy
  • Production of contract shop drawings and installation drawing packages to include plans, elevations, details and 3Ds
  • RFP assistance, visual preparation
  • Live design sessions with Sales and clients
  • Assigned product research and learning, remaining current with new product launches
