Position : Marketing Manager
Location : Laval / Remote
Status : Part-time (approximately 24 hours / week)
About the Role
Floravi is looking for a passionate, creative, and organized Marketing Manager to support the President and Marketing Director in developing and executing growth strategies, with a strong focus on content and social media.
Your Role
You will be responsible for :
Designing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with sales goals (both online and in-store) and brand awareness objectives
Developing engaging content plans for our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, newsletters, etc.)
Managing content creation, scheduling, and publishing across our digital channels
Leading the design, oversight, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, Google, TV, media)
Tracking and analyzing marketing performance, and making optimization recommendations
Coordinating field initiatives and special projects
Working with external partners to implement campaigns
Collaborating closely with the internal team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives
Managing the marketing budget and maximizing return on investment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of social media, content planning tools, email marketing, and digital advertising basics
Strong project management and content creation skills
Analytical, creative, and strategic mindset
Ability to work independently, with proactivity and attention to detail
Bilingual (French and English) – essential
