The Role

Role Overview

A ServiceNow Business Process Consultant analyzes, designs, and optimizes business processes using the ServiceNow platform, communicating effectively in two languages. This role combines technical expertise, process improvement skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders in multilingual settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms using industry best practices and ServiceNow tools (e.g., IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs).
• Gather and analyze user requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure integrations support project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow features and related enterprise systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for integration solutions, providing guidance and support.
• Document integration architecture, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in process flow analysis, redesign, and solution demonstrations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise policies.
• Determine appropriate integration methods and participate in data normalization and testing.
• Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSO) and experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of application architectures and data management.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and at least two CIS certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL, SAML).
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI / ML integrations and ServiceNow AI features.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
• Experience with self-hosted implementations and domain separation.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
• Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Note : This position requires regular collaboration with stakeholders across regions, making proficiency in English and French essential.
