We are looking for an AI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI systems and applications that enhance our technology offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational needs and propose innovative AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective AI models.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing technologies.
• Perform data mining and apply machine learning techniques.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for AI applications and systems.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements and trends in AI.
• Train and educate team members on practical applications of AI.
• Ensure ethical AI use and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Document and clearly explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize existing AI applications and systems for better performance and functionality.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Software Engineering or equivalent post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience working with AI software development languages such as C# and Python.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

Additional Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.
