Your New Role

As a Project Coordinator – Networks and Infrastructure, you will play a key role in managing and supporting medium-scale IT projects, particularly those related to LAN, WAN, WiFi networks, and infrastructure security. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and integrators to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and complete IT infrastructure projects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Design and support network infrastructure components.
  • Provide Tier III support and technical mentorship to junior team members.
  • Monitor bandwidth usage and ensure network service quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with tel providers and external partners.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentations.
  • Manage project scope, risks, and change management processes.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure performance and accountability.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project coordination, with a focus on networks and infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, and tools such as SolarWinds, NetFlow, WireShark.
  • Experience with SDWAN, LAN/WAN, WiFi technologies, and network security infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office 365, Azure, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • PMP certification and experience in critical environments or large-scale integration projects are strong assets.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
