Responsibilities :

  • Perform manufacturing and filling operations, including preparing all equipment for sterilization, sterilization, in-process filling checks, equipment changes, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and wash filling components.
  • Perform in-process manufacturing testing.
  • Use barcode systems, SAP system, and other systems.
  • Clean all rooms in the sterile department (manufacturing and filling) and perform general cleaning tasks in the department and various services.
  • Participate in improving service reliability and batch cycle time.
  • Participate in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by management.

Skills : This position requires :

  • Successful completion of standard time determination test.
  • Meeting the requirements of the "gowning validation" test.
  • Good writing skills, reading comprehension, and basic math skills.
  • Hold an AEC in pharmaceutical technology (or equivalent education and experience), or commit to completing the training plan within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Be patient, meticulous, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
