Make an impact with our Digital Marketing team as a Paid Media Specialist. This diverse team of professionals explores new and evolving technology and trends to drive brand awareness. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
- Consult with, and advise, internal stakeholders on paid media strategy and how it will best fit with their overall campaign goals.
- Execute A/B tests and ad copy variations to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate, cost per click, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative alignment.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
- Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Skills And Experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong focus on prioritization and accomplishing multiple tasks.
- Ability to see the whole user journey, and focus on the goal in order to optimize user experience to attain that goal.
- Understanding of the role social media plays in marketing initiatives, including the importance of ethical social media usage.
- Any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in English and French.
- Any Google Ad or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and tag management (through Google Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with Sprout Social, or Spotify's ad network.
