Position : Product Development Manager

Location : Saint-Laurent - 1 day remote

Salary : $80K to $110K (based on experience)

Our client, a fast-growing global home décor brand, is looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead a portfolio of stylish, on-trend products. You'll manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to production—ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept and prototyping to production and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive development, sampling, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with the company's Asia-based team to ensure projects progress according to business priorities and timelines.
• Act as a key liaison with overseas suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving potential challenges.
• Ensure finished products meet the highest quality standards and are produced according to specifications.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of new product developments.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• At least 3-5 years of experience managing product development projects.
• Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Asia.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Highly autonomous and proactive, with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Passion for product design and development.
