The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to drive the end-to-end strategy, development, and success of our SAP BTP-based product portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, design, and business. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap—from market research and concept to delivery, enablement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to release and beyond.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with SDA’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to translate business needs into innovative SAP BTP-based solutions.
• Design and document functional specifications and UX / UI guidelines.
• Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios.
• Oversee QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product validation cycles.
• Drive release planning, deployment readiness, and version management.
• Create user guides, release notes, and product documentation.
• Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategies including positioning, messaging, and packaging.
• Serve as the internal product evangelist and support external communications, including demos and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong background in SAP technologies, ideally with experience in SAP BTP (e.g., Build Apps / Code, Process Automation, HANA DB, Integration Suite).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated track record of leading the end-to-end development of a new product and successful commercialization of SaaS products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• UX and design thinking experience is a strong plus.
• Passion for building elegant, impactful, and scalable enterprise solutions.
