Pre-sales is the conduit between sales and the needs of the customer. Pre-Sales specialists focus on :
- Delivering technical and commercial support during the early stages of the sales cycle, ensuring clients receive solutions that are both technically and commercially viable.
Client Engagement Process
- Discovery & Requirements Gathering : Understanding client needs and gathering detailed requirements.
- Solution Design & Scoping : Translating client requirements into scalable telecom architectures across wireless, fiber, IP networks, and private LTE / 5G. Creating Bill of Materials aligned with technical needs.
- Technical Presentations & Demos : Showcasing tailored network solutions, including RF planning, microwave backhaul, Radio Communications, core network configurations, and NOC services.
- Bid Management & RFP Response : Structuring clear, compliant, and compelling responses for tenders, emphasizing technical aspects, commercial benefits, SLA requirements, and lifecycle management including repairs and maintenance.
Engineering Capabilities
- Project Management : Managing all aspects of telecom projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Site Surveys & Feasibility Assessments : Collaborating with engineering for pre-deployment assessments and validation.
- Transmission Planning : Preparing network designs, aligning OEM solutions with customer needs, and managing interoperability, compliance, and certifications.
- Technical Validation of Design
Commercial Proposal
- Solution walkthrough, high-level Bill of Quantities and Pricing
- Risk assessment covering technical, commercial, and competitive aspects
Skills Requirements
- Proven experience in sectors such as public safety, utilities, carrier-grade networks, or industrial telecom systems.
- Helpful approach to customers and OEMs.
- Ability to respond swiftly to changing demands.
- Innovative mindset, balancing cutting-edge technology with practical client needs for reliable and cost-effective results.
- Confident and effective presentation skills.
