Beco Industries is currently seeking GRAPHIC DESIGNERS to join our design team. Working closely with our Product Managers, Design, and Merchandising teams, the Graphic Designers will be responsible for developing and illustrating original designs, prints, and concepts for new product development. Your technical and creative skills, combined with your trend and design strengths, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsabilités principales :

• Ability to create original home fashion designs, focusing on designing original prints and textures.
• Design and create textile prints (AOPs).
• Modify, recolor, and index artwork files.
• Create mappings / CADs for all home fashion products – bedding and home decor.
• Create specifications for each print, graphic, product illustration, and packaging.
• Prepare artwork for pre-press and review design layouts from suppliers.
• Support other designers and participate in creating collections across all categories using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Produce presentation mood boards for customer meetings and internal seasonal trend directions.

Exigences du poste :

• Must have a DEC in Graphic Design or Children Fashion Textile, with a minimum of 5+ years experience in a related field.
• Extremely creative with a strong portfolio and experience designing textile prints.
• Must stay up to date with current fashion trends related to home furnishings, home décor, or baby accessories.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Office Suite in a Macintosh environment.
• High adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in teams and autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French (oral and written).
• Children's fashion experience is considered a must.
