About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Boast, you will be a critical part of our revenue growth engine. You will research and identify companies that fit our ideal customer profile, find key decision-makers, and engage them through multi-channel outreach to secure qualified sales meetings. Working closely with our sales executives, you’ll help move leads through the funnel and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieve monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective customers into initial sales meetings with the goal of generating SQLs.
  • Use outbound sales enablement tools and CRM (Salesforce) to maintain a disciplined, efficient prospecting process.
  • Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet purchased, nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company goals and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
  • Take detailed notes and maintain accurate prospect data for seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the R&D tax credit landscape and Boast’s value proposition.
  • Provide feedback to improve SQL pipeline volume and velocity.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or related industries.
  • French Bilingual a must.
  • Demonstrated coachability, eagerness to learn, and hunger to succeed.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and cold call/email leads successfully.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely.

  • Experience working with technology, product, and business teams to align sales prospecting.
  • Sound business judgment and ability to influence others.
  • Strong analytical skills.
