Position : Business Development Specialist

Location : Saint-Laurent / up to 50% US travel

Salary : $80K to $85K (based on experience)

A well-established fashion manufacturer based in Saint-Laurent is looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead its US expansion. This is a unique chance to lead market growth in the US as a well-established fashion brand, with the support of an experienced sales team and direct collaboration with leadership.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Identify and explore new markets and sales opportunities, including regular travel to meet clients
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Assess customer needs and purchasing potential to tailor sales efforts
  • Lead the development and execution of business growth strategies
  • Convert prospects into loyal customers through effective engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align objectives and deliver results
  • Maintain a proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of B2B business development sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% across the US
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Organized, analytical, and driven, with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
