Position Summary

As Senior Game Producer, you'll define and manage game projects through the studio. You will write the game specs and oversee games as they move through the development pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring games are on the money in terms of quality, play experience, audio, math, and orchestration. You will guide our highly skilled, cross-functional teams to ensure our games are the best they can be. You are the voice of our players during development, making sure at every step the games are clear and easy to understand and, more importantly, fun and exciting to play.

The role is multi-purpose; guiding the games team in reaching the vision established by the Creative Director, being the go-to person for your games across the organization, sharing knowledge, understanding the regulatory requirements, tracking competitor developments, and assisting the commercial and marketing teams when and where needed.

As the Senior Game Producer, we will look to you to use previous product and/or customer-related experience to improve game development, innovate the product, and give insight on player research that directly affects the overall game performance and player experience.

If you are passionate about games and about creating memorable and exciting player experiences, we want to talk to you.
