Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration of personal computers (PCs).
  • User support.
  • Repair and maintenance of IT components.
  • Installation and updates of software.
  • Account management.
  • Support and maintenance of printers and photocopiers.
  • Support and maintenance of the telephone system.
  • Equipment management.
  • Software license management.
  • Training.
  • Assist in maintaining reports and compliance testing according to corporate standards.
  • Participate in any other activities necessary to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Education

Post-secondary studies in Computer Science.

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

  • Experience with Windows XP support in a Windows Server Active Directory environment.
  • Support experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience supporting TCP/IP networks.
  • Problem-solving skills.
