Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of personal computers (PCs).
- User support.
- Repair and maintenance of IT components.
- Installation and updates of software.
- Account management.
- Support and maintenance of printers and photocopiers.
- Support and maintenance of the telephone system.
- Equipment management.
- Software license management.
- Training.
- Assist in maintaining reports and compliance testing according to corporate standards.
- Participate in any other activities necessary to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Education
Post-secondary studies in Computer Science.
Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Experience with Windows XP support in a Windows Server Active Directory environment.
- Support experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience supporting TCP/IP networks.
- Problem-solving skills.
