Do you enjoy learning, solving problems, and getting involved in various aspects of tech support? We’re looking for a motivated IT Coordinator who wants to grow into the role. You don’t need to have every skill from the start — we’re primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop within the IT environment. Rather than a seasoned expert, we’re looking for someone capable, versatile, and driven to expand their knowledge — all supported by a collaborative and encouraging environment. The offered salary reflects this openness to candidates with varying levels of experience.

Technical Responsibilities (Ideally Targeted, but Open to Learning)

Below is a profile of the responsibilities we hope to entrust to the person who will join our team. This is not a rigid checklist — if you have a solid technical foundation and a desire to learn, we’re ready to train and support you in developing these skills.

  • SQL Programming
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts
    • Manage databases with a focus on integrity and security
  • Python Programming
    • Create and maintain Python scripts for CRM integration and automation
    • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with users to improve functionality
  • Device Management via Microsoft Intune
    • Configure, monitor, and manage devices remotely
    • Ensure device compliance and security
  • API Integrations
    • Work with various partner systems through APIs
    • Versatility with different APIs is considered an asset

General Responsibilities (Developed Gradually Based on Profile)

  • Systems Administration
    • Manage servers, networks, and infrastructure in a hybrid environment
    • Perform updates, backups, and security checks
  • User Support
    • Provide bilingual technical support (hardware and software)
    • Train users and produce documentation
  • Project Management
    • Plan and deliver IT projects
    • Coordinate with vendors and partners
  • IT On-Call Rotation
    • Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every other month)
    • Respond quickly to critical issues (not related to a single user)
