We're Hiring – Internal IT Support Specialist (Cloud-Based CPA Firm)

BNB CPA Inc. is a fast-growing, cloud-based CPA firm with nearly 50 passionate team members dedicated to excellence in accounting, tax, and advisory services. As we continue to evolve and embrace leading-edge technologies, we’re looking for an Internal IT Support Specialist to be the backbone of our technical operations and help us stay ahead of the curve.

As the Internal IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech within our firm. You’ll manage our cloud systems, software tools, licenses, and hardware inventory—while ensuring that our team has seamless access to the digital tools they need to deliver top-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support our cloud-based server and storage systems
Liaison contact with our external IT support service team
Ensure all firm-wide software (Caseware, Taxprep, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office 365) is properly installed, updated, and functional
Provide first-line internal tech support and training to staff members
Manage software licenses, user access, renewals, and tech-related subscriptions
Monitor hardware inventory (laptops, printers, accessories) and coordinate with vendors as needed
Propose and implement technology improvements and digital solutions (added value)
Ensure data security protocols and backup systems are in place and effective
Collaborate with management to align IT systems with business goals

What We're Looking For

Experience in IT support, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment
Solid understanding of cloud systems and Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with Caseware, Taxprep, Sage, QuickBooks – strong asset
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-based mindset
Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple systems and licenses with ease
A genuine curiosity for emerging technologies – especially artificial intelligence, automation, and new digital tools that can support firm growth
A passion for tech and a desire to help a firm grow through innovation
