As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and increasing market share in key retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and strategic planning skills to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders, aligning their objectives with our business goals. You will become the go-to expert for bathware category management, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize aisle productivity and propose effective solutions.

In addition to relationship-building and category management, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with internal networks and facilitating collaboration between account and internal functions. Your ability to provide clear and concise sales forecasts, as well as report on progress towards objectives, will be crucial in ensuring the success of our key accounts.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent high-level customer relationship building skills, strategic planning experience, and a strong understanding of the retail segment of the bath and kitchen industry. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, and data warehouse sales reporting systems is also essential. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of national account representation experience in related industries.
  • Professional bathware experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 15%).
  • Bilingualism in English, with many customers located outside Quebec.
  • Experience in retail category management.
