Lead Technical Director

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical reviews of game projects, identifying technical risks, and providing guidance to teams.

Job Description:

• Conduct technical reviews of game projects and identify technical risks
• Lead teams with capability of technical resolutions to support game development
• Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing renowned AAA game development teams, proficiency in Unreal Engine, and knowledge of GaaS (Games as a Service) architecture and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing AAA game development teams
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine
• Knowledge of GaaS architecture and performance optimization
