About the Role

I'm a recognized leadership development expert and professional speaker based in Montreal, specializing in co-creative leadership and conversational debt. I need a dedicated agent to secure speaking engagements at conferences, corporate events, and industry gatherings - essentially serving as my personal speakers' bureau.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify relevant speaking opportunities aligned with my expertise
• Develop customized pitches for different types of events and audiences
• Build relationships with conference organizers, event planners, and corporate training departments
• Negotiate speaking arrangements and coordinate logistics
• Maintain detailed tracking of all opportunities and communications
• Represent my expertise professionally to secure 6-12+ speaking engagements annually

Required Experience (No Exceptions)

You must have proven experience in at least one of these areas:

• Working for a speakers' bureau booking professional speakers
• Conference programming and speaker selection
• Talent booking or speaker management
• Corporate event planning with speaker coordination
• Representing professional speakers or thought leaders
