Summary

Bell is searching for a skilled Senior UX Designer to join the Customer Experience team and spearhead the creation of outstanding user experiences across our website, mobile app, retail and call center channels. This hands-on position combines design expertise, leadership in system design, and a commitment to promoting UX principles throughout the organization. Utilizing Figma, you will enhance our design system and deliver consistent, user-focused experiences that meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing intuitively easy, high-quality user experiences for web and mobile commerce platforms.
  • Leveraging and contributing to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align UX efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Partnering with the Marketing teams to reflect our brand identity online.
  • Leverage user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate designs and improve functionality.
  • Guiding and supporting UX designers, encouraging their professional development.
  • Promoting UX best practices to foster a customer-centered culture within the organization.

Critical Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a demonstrated emphasis on e-commerce environments and a strong portfolio showcasing UI work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, coupled with a deep understanding of design systems and their application.
  • Proven expertise in designing for both web platforms and mobile applications.
  • Ability to build high-quality functional prototypes and demos that convey the vision of the product.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to share your work with credibility, clarity and confidence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of user research methodologies, accessibility standards, and core UX principles.
  • Ability to effectively balance hands-on design responsibilities with leadership and mentoring duties.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong aptitude for managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the telco category is considered an advantage.
  • A passion for ideas and storytelling, namely, making work that strives to deliver an impact and foster meaningful connections with the user through your creations.
