What you'll do

Offer excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and courteously, promoting products and services, helping them locate merchandise, making purchasing decisions, resolving related issues, and conveying concerns when needed.
Cover one or more designated sectors in the sales area.
Zone the assigned sector.
Move featured items to their main module.
Replenish merchandise left at the customer service counter and in other store areas.
Assist in covering the checkout area.
Communicate with other associates to maintain coverage at the checkout area.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and obstacle-free work environment by following company directives and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays are secure.
Store merchandise and selections, and unload stock as needed. Install security devices on items when necessary. Set up and fill modules, including flexible modules, and install new shelves.
