Yoplait Liberté Canada is looking for a motivated and dedicated Production Supervisor!

Your mission:

Effectively lead both human and material resources, ensure your team’s safety, uphold high quality standards, and maintain smooth, efficient production.

Work schedule:

Night shift, Monday to Thursday – enjoy long weekends starting Friday morning!

Main responsibilities:

• Team Management – Lead and supervise a team of 35 to 45 employees.
• Safety – Ensure a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.
• Production Quality – Ensure all specifications, procedures, and standards are met to maintain high-quality production.
• Team Engagement – Promote the company vision, engage your team to maintain and improve performance, and support employee development and autonomy.
• Priority Management – Identify shift priorities and coordinate with support departments to address needs.
• Communication – Lead team meetings to communicate goals and priorities at the start of the shift and during daily walkthroughs.
• Coordination – Collaborate with all departments within the plant to ensure operational alignment.
• Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of continuous improvement to boost productivity and solve issues directly on the floor.
• Labour Relations & Collective Agreement Management – Maintain positive relationships with your team while ensuring adherence to the collective agreement.

What we're looking for:

• University or college degree in operations management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in production supervision and team leadership.
• Organizational skills – Ability to efficiently manage and plan team tasks.
• Leadership & Coaching – Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Safety & Quality Focus – Commitment to employee safety and production excellence.
• Excellent communication skills – Clear goal setting, performance evaluation, and open communication.
• Autonomy & Problem-Solving – Hands-on approach and quick issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
