Production Supervisor - Evening Shift - Anjou - Manufacturing Sector

I'm currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Anjou, known for its product quality and positive, structured work environment.

Your Role

As a Production Supervisor (evening shift), you'll be in charge of overseeing daily shop floor operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team of 20 to 30 unionized employees
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities based on priorities
• Enforcing safety regulations and quality standards
• Actively participating in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to optimize performance

Your Profile

• At least 3 years' experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and a hands-on management style
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in a unionized environment
• Basic knowledge of computer tools and performance metrics

Working Conditions

• Full-time permanent position - Evening shift (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000 depending on experience
• Evening shift premium
• Full benefits package after probation
