Lead Python Developer
Work status
Hybrid 2 days a week to Montreal office
Mandatory requirements
- French or bilingual
- Provides technical direction. Must be able to lead the Dev team.
- Expert in Python 5-10 years and knowledge of many programming languages
- Experience with Visual Basic would be an asset
- Experience with any AI, preferably with Copilot
- Focal point for Migration of legacy (FoxPro, Visual Basic etc.) to modern components (Python, SQL)
- Hands-on experience working with relational Databases
- Has previously worked in an AWS Environment, familiar with IAM Policies

- Oversight of all development activities
Leader for the developer team
- Review code and ensure quality standards
