Your role:

  • Oversee onboarding and banking files by communicating with clients, investment advisors, and external partners via phone and email.
  • Achieve volume and product-related objectives.
  • Follow up daily and document notes in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory rules.
  • Address client needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities and refer clients to specialists.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.

Your team:

You will be part of a team of 7 Advisor Banking Services, 2 Experts, reporting to the manager. You will collaborate with specialists in credit, mortgage financing, and customer service.

Our training includes on-the-job learning, personalized content, and access to experienced colleagues to support your development.

Working hours are typically 8:30 to 17:00, with occasional calls outside normal hours. You will serve clients speaking languages other than French and work closely with colleagues outside Quebec.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English (speaking and writing).
  • Positive attitude and empathy.
  • Team player.
