• Attend agile ceremonies like grooming, planning, and refinement.
• Perform hands-on design work using Figma (50% of the time).
• Present and advocate for design proposals (50% of the time).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in design, with expertise in design principles, problem-solving, and project results.
• Proficient in Figma and Jira.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to handle feedback and work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• English language proficiency required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 / hr.
