Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking an Android Developer to join their team. As an Android Developer, you will be part of the software development team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Remote (Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship for Visa) No C2C or sub-vendor

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize AI Development Toolkits to enhance coding processes and efficiency.
• Implement software architecture principles, particularly MVVM, in application development.
• Work with user interface frameworks, focusing on Jetpack Compose UI for modern application design.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in Android development with a strong portfolio of applications.
• Familiarity with white-label applications and their development.
• Experience with Git and source code management tools like GitHub or GitLab.
• Understanding of reactive programming, including RxJava and Coroutines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new technologies.
