Work location : Hybrid in office 3 days per week (Montreal)

Opportunité :

• Concevoir et déployer un PMO stratégique et technologique de A à Z dans un environnement à la croisée de l'Agile et du Waterfall.
• Structurer les standards, processus, outils et rituels qui soutiendront l'ensemble du portefeuille projets-produits.
• Jouer un rôle central dans la gouvernance des initiatives technologiques, de la planification stratégique à l'optimisation opérationnelle.
• Fédérer et animer une communauté de pratiques transversale, en favorisant l'adhésion, la montée en compétence et la collaboration.

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de mission PMO technologique pour faire rayonner la gouvernance et maximiser la valeur générée par nos projets.

Missions clés

• Concevoir et implanter un modèle de gouvernance hybride (Agile & Waterfall) adapté aux projets technologiques.
• Définir les standards, méthodologies et outils du portefeuille projets-produits.
• Définir et automatiser nos processus via les technologies.
• Clarifier les rôles et responsabilités entre les équipes TI, affaires, et projets.
• Mettre en place des outils de pilotage (PPM, indicateurs de performance, reporting).
• Conduire le changement : former, coacher et engager les parties prenantes dans une culture de gouvernance moderne.
• Piloter l'amélioration continue du PMO selon les retours d'expérience et l'évolution des besoins organisationnels.

Compétences clés

• Expérience : minimum 7 ans en gestion de projets/programmes, avec un solide vécu en création ou structuration de PMO.
• Formation : Baccalauréat en ingénierie industrielle, gestion, technologies de l'information ou toute autre combinaison pertinente.
• Leadership stratégique : capacité à influencer sans autorité directe, en orientant vers une vision à long terme.
• Rigueur opérationnelle : forte capacité de structuration, sens pratique et efficacité dans la mise en œuvre.
• Maîtrise des environnements hybrides : connaissance approfondie des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, SAFe) et Waterfall (PMI).
• Communication : aptitude à vulgariser, convaincre et mobiliser des parties prenantes variées.

Atouts

• Certifications PMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP ou équivalent.
• Expérience dans la gouvernance de produits technologiques intégrant de l'IA, du DevOps ou du ModelOps.
• Maîtrise d'outils de gestion de portefeuille et de reporting automatisé.
• Expérience au sein de grandes organisations ou de contextes de transformation numérique.

• Clarify roles and responsibilities between IT, business and project teams.
• Implement steering tools (PPM, performance indicators, reporting).
• Drive change: train, coach and engage stakeholders in a modern governance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of the PMO according to feedback and changing organizational needs.

Key skills

• Experience: minimum 7 years in project/program management, with a solid track record in creating or structuring PMOs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, information technology or any other relevant combination.
• Strategic leadership: ability to influence without direct authority, with a long-term vision.
• Operational rigor: strong structuring skills, practical sense and efficiency in implementation.
• Mastery of hybrid environments: in-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall (PMI) methodologies.
• Communication skills: ability to popularize, convince and mobilize a wide range of stakeholders.

Assets

• PMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP certifications or equivalent.
• Experience in the governance of technology products integrating AI, DevOps or ModelOps.
• Proficiency in portfolio management and automated reporting tools.
• Experience in large organizations or digital transformation contexts.
