We’re looking for a talented, versatile, and proactive to join our team and help manage and evolve our company website specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the content fresh, working with external agencies, and coordinating exciting new website features. What you’ll do:
- Be the primary point of contact for the daily management of our websites.
- Manage and update our websites’ content using a CMS (WYSIWYG).
- Streamline the development and integration of new website features and functionalities.
- Manage cross-functional projects; from requirements gathering to the delivery.
- Coordinate with SEO / SEM agencies to ensure strategic alignment and proper ad execution.
- Oversee our website adherence to UX / UI design best practices.
- Monitor website performance and QA the user experience of critical flows (e.g., package tracking, customer support, and lead generation).
- Escalate or resolve issues or bugs affecting our websites.
- Track and enhance website performance metrics (e.g., page load times, mobile responsiveness, etc.) to improve conversion rates.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as marketing coordinator, project coordinator, webmaster, content specialist, or a related role.
- Excellent knowledge of standard CMS (WYSIWYG).
- Functional understanding of HTML / CSS.
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
- Worked within digital teams (DEV, SEO / SEM, UX / UI, analytics) and experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- Understanding of mobile-responsive design and user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
