Company Introduction

We are a leading Ecommerce and DTC brand in the Beauty & Personal Care sector, seeking a talented Social Media Manager. This position is available for a freelancer working 3 days per week (20-25 hours / week). The candidate must be proficient in English and possess a senior-level background in social media management. The payment range for this role is $2000- $4000 per month. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated directly with the client in the interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Must Haves :

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the Ecommerce / DTC space.
• Strong understanding of performance-oriented strategies and metrics.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Haves :

• Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.
